The stainless steel Advance Tabco CPU-3 ice-cooled service counter has a three-pan capacity. Fiberglass insulation helps ensure ice, food, and beverages stay cold for hours, and the unit has a 1-inch drain at the bottom of the well that expediates cleanup. This model is part of Advance Tabco's Undershelf Series and includes an adjustable shelf. It has a removable 8-inch-wide cutting board that runs the length of the 471⁄8-inch food bar. Plastic bullet feet help stabilize the unit.
