The top, front, and end panels are crafted of stainless steel, ensuring durability and a polished, professional look.

To maintain consistent pan temperatures, the Continental SW72N18C-D sandwich and salad prep table features insulated lids and an aluminum interior insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam. Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets provide a secure seal, while smooth, polished chrome handles ensure easy drawer operation. Heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves enhance stability, and a removable interior tub beneath the pans simplifies cleaning.
