The Continental SW60N8C-FB 60-inch sandwich and salad prep table is equipped with a 19-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board, providing an expansive surface for meal preparation. Its refrigerated top holds (8) 1/6-size pans, up to 4 inches deep, ensuring ingredients are kept organized and chilled during service. This two-section unit features field-rehingeable doors for versatile access, accommodating various kitchen layouts.

Designed for reliability, the Continental SW60N8C-FB 60-inch sandwich and salad prep table has a stainless steel top, front, and end panels. The aluminum interior, insulated with 2-inch, non-CFC polyurethane foam, ensures consistent temperature retention between 33–41 degrees Fahrenheit. Magnetic Santoprene™ door gaskets create a secure seal, while spring-loaded, self-closing doors minimize temperature loss. Heavy-duty 3 3/4-inch casters enhance mobility, and the fully enclosed, vented, and removable back panel simplifies maintenance.
