This cutting top unit features (16) sixth-size recessed pans up to 4 inches deep, supported by a removable tub below the pans for quick cleanup. Its 19-inch, full-length nylon cutting board provides a generous workspace for food preparation, while four stainless steel roll-out drawers, each accommodating (1) 12 in. x 20 in. x 6 in. pan (supplied by others), add to the unit’s versatility. Made of stainless steel on the top, front, and end panels, with a corrosion-resistant aluminum back and interior, this prep table is built for durability in commercial environments.
The Continental SW60N16C-D sandwich/salad prep table is designed with an insulated lid to minimize heat transfer and retain cold air for optimal storage conditions.
