The Continental SW48N12M-FB-D sandwich/salad prep table is a front-breathing, two-section unit designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. Featuring an extended countertop and work surface, this mighty top model accommodates (12) 1/6-size recessed pans, each 4 inches deep, while providing additional prep space with its 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board. The stainless steel top, front, and end panels offer a durable, corrosion-resistant exterior, and the four stainless steel roll-out drawers allow flexible storage, holding either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combination of (1) 1/2 x 6 and (1) 1/3 x 6 pans per drawer. Magnetic snap-in Santoprene™ gaskets on the drawers ensure a secure seal, maintaining consistent refrigeration. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system simplifies installation and serviceability in busy environments.

To operate the Continental SW48N12M-FB-D sandwich prep table, operators must use its electronic controller and digital display that has a high/low alarm to monitor temperature fluctuations. It uses a unique airflow distribution system to maintain pan temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation helps retain cool conditions.
