The Continental SW48N12C-D sandwich/salad prep table is designed with a 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board, offering a spacious and durable prep surface that spans the entire front of the unit. Its standard top accommodates (12) 1/6-size recessed pans, each 4 inches deep, providing organized storage for toppings and ingredients within easy reach. The stainless steel top, front, and end panels deliver excellent durability in demanding kitchen environments, while the aluminum back and interior provide a lightweight yet sturdy construction. Magnetic snap-in Santoprene™ gaskets on the drawers ensure a secure seal to maintain consistent refrigeration and preserve ingredient freshness.

The refrigerated base of the Continental SW48N12C-D features four stainless steel roll-out drawers that accommodate either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combination of (1) 1/2 x 6 and (1) 1/3 x 6 pans per drawer, supporting flexible storage configurations. Designed for ease of use, the unit includes smooth, polished chrome drawer handles, a removable interior tub beneath the pans for cleaning, and a fully enclosed, vented, and removable case back. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses a unique airflow distribution system to keep products between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam, the base retains cold air effectively, while the automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil ensure reliable cooling performance. Mounted on 5-inch casters, the unit is highly adaptable to dynamic kitchen layouts.
