Built with stainless steel on the top, front, and end panels, this unit is designed to endure the rigors of commercial kitchens. The electronic controller with a digital display and hi/low alarm provides precise temperature monitoring. Mounted on 5-inch casters, can be repositioned to suit the needs of commercial kitchens.
Efficient cooling is a defining feature of the Continental SW36N10C sandwich/salad prep table, supported by its self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system. Using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit maintains consistent temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, enhanced by a unique airflow distribution system that ensures even cooling across all pans. The base includes two heavy-duty epoxy-coated steel shelves for extra storage and a removable interior tub below the pans for easy cleaning. Features such as 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation, an insulated lid, and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator contribute to temperature stability and energy efficiency. Two field-rehingeable, spring-loaded, self-closing doors equipped with magnetic Santoprene™ gaskets ensure flexible door configuration and a secure seal to retain cold air.
