The Continental SW27N8-D salad/sandwich preparation table with refrigerated base is designed to enhance efficiency in commercial kitchens by combining ingredient storage and preparation capabilities. Its 8 sixth-size pan array, complete with an insulated lid, organizes ingredients for quick access. A 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board provides ample workspace for food assembly. Below the worktop, two roll-out drawers are built to hold one 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan each (not included), offering additional storage options. Smooth, polished chrome drawer handles and Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets ensure durability and a tight seal. The stainless steel front, top, and end panels add to the unit’s durability, while the aluminum back and interior resist corrosion.
The Continental SW27N8-D preparation table features a back-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that maintains a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, an eco-friendly cooling solution, and employs forced-air cooling for consistent temperature distribution. Maintenance is simplified with an automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator and a corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil.
