This unit features 10 sixth-size pans with an insulated lid, a 12-inch-deep full-length cutting board for streamlined food assembly, and six stainless steel roll-out drawers for organized storage. Smooth, polished chrome handles and Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets provide a secure and reliable seal, while a small access door above the compressor allows convenient system maintenance.

Designed for optimal performance, the Continental RA93N10-D refrigerated base incorporates a side-mounted refrigeration system on a slide-out panel. The system uses forced-air cooling, an expansion valve system, and environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant to maintain consistent temperatures. To enhance efficiency and reduce maintenance, it includes a hot gas condensate evaporator and a corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil.
