Ideal for cafeteria and buffet establishments, the Continental MC4NDCW milk cooler is a compact unit constructed of durable stainless steel. It’s accessible via the top two lids and side doors. The interior is reinforced with galvanized steel to support a maximum of 768 half-pint cartons of milk. Externally, the unit is finished in a neutral white to help maintain a clean standard.
Overall, the Continental MC4NDCW cooler cabinet measures 49 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 411/2 inches high and sits on four swivel casters, two of which feature locking brakes. 2-inch-thick polyurethane between its metal paneling helps lock in cool conditions. Mounted at the unit’s base is its refrigeration system, which cools the interior as dictated by electronic controller’s input settings. An alert sounds if the cabinet experiences drastic shifts in temperature.
