Continental MC3NSCW Description
Featuring a 13-cubic-foot space, the Continental MC3NSCW milk cooler holds four 19-inch by 13-inch by 11-inch crates or eight 13-inch by 13-inch by 11-inch crates. The unit comes with steel wire floor racks to secure stored cartons. It’s accessed from the top or side with its hinged, latched door and top, while the cylinder-keyed lock helps prevent theft. It’s insulated with 2-inch-thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane to reduce cold-air loss. To eliminate condensate, it has a recessed floor drain.
To keep the milk cold during service, the Continental MC3NSCW milk cooler utilizes a cold-wall cooling system. The condensing unit is bottom mounted for easy maintenance. It has a factory-set temperature of 36 degrees Fahrenheit and is operated with electronic controls. The high/low alarm will indicate when the temperature has exceeded safe, preset parameters.
