There are 12 half-height doors on the Continental DL3WE-SS-PT-HD full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet. Its 75-cubic-foot cabinet space holds nine chrome-plated steel shelves, which feature heavy-duty pilaster strips. Once set up, the unit has a 45-pan capacity, and the 3-inch-thick polyurethane insulation between the paneling maintains consistent temperatures as the cabinet is accessed. The exterior and interior are made of corrosion-resistant, sturdy stainless steel. To keep it level for optimal cooling and breathability, it sits on 6-inch stainless steel legs.
This Continental DL3WE-SS-PT-HD heated cabinet’s heating system is top mounted for accessible maintenance. Its plenum design features a circulating fan, and its unique air distribution ducts promote even airflow. Within the cabinet are stainless steel strip heaters, which maintain consistent temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. For monitoring, the unit is equipped with an electronic controller with a digital display and high-low alarm.
