The Continental DL2WE-SS-PT commercial heated cabinet is a pass-through unit; this means it has doors on both the front and back, enabling kitchen staff to access it from either side. Due to its design, staff can prepare two sets of food at once, placing it into the cabinet from opposite sides. In order to adequately warm food and keep it preserved until serving time, the cabinet holds temperatures from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Continental DL2WE-SS-PT heated holding cabinet is constructed of stainless steel to protect it from scratching, denting, and corrosion. It has solid doors, which help prevent heat from escaping the cabinet—a key consideration with pass-through units. These doors have locks to prevent unauthorized access and keep food secure overnight. With its high-low alarm, the cabinet alerts kitchen staff if conditions are unsafe for stored food.
