Continental DL2RW-PT-HD Full Height Insulated Refrigerator/Heated Cabinet w/ (37) Pan Capacity, 115v

To provide versatile storage for both refrigerated and hot food items, the Continental DL2RW-PT-HD insulated refrigerator/insulated cabinet has a refrigerated section and a warmer section, and each has independent electronic controls and digital displays to permit precise temperature programming and monitoring. Each section offers 21 cubic feet of interior space and three adjustable shelves for item storage. This unit has a pass-thru design ideal for center placement in a kitchen workspace to provide both kitchen and wait staff access to the interior.

The interior of the Continental DL2RW-PT-HD insulated refrigerator/insulated cabinet is accessed from both sides through the eight half-height, hinged doors. To help retain interior conditions during heavy use, the doors have a self-closing design, and the cabinet is insulated with 3 inches of polyurethane insulation between the metal paneling. The warmer section has a plenum heating system with a circulating fan to evenly distribute hot air throughout the cabinet. The refrigerated section relies on air distribution ducts and R134A refrigerant to achieve user-set temperatures.
