Continental DL2RWE-SS Description
With a durable stainless steel construction, the Continental DL2RWE-SS full-height refrigerator/heated cabinet contains 3-inch-thick polyurethane foam insulation between its metal paneling for additional strength and temperature retention. This unit has a reach-in design with its two solid doors, and both doors are fitted with self-closing hinges, chrome handles, and magnetic gaskets. For enhanced security, the doors can be locked after hours. The two sections feature six steel shelves on heavy-duty pilaster strips and automatic lighting for ultimate visibility. This unit measures 831/4 inches tall, which includes its 6-inch legs, and these legs are adjustable for balance.
The Continental DL2RWE-SS insulated refrigerator/heated cabinet is digitally controlled, and staff can set the warmer’s holding temperature between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. For streamlined installation, the refrigeration system and heating plenum are both self-contained and top mounted. While the refrigerator uses R-134a hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cool temperatures, the warmer is equipped with strip heaters and a circulating fan. This unit has a hot gas condensate evaporator for reduced water accumulation.
