The Continental DF48N-U-D undercounter freezer’s user-friendly digital controls simplify temperature adjustments, while the external display enables staff to easily monitor internal temperatures. Both the unit’s use of R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and polyurethane foam insulation maintain the set holding temperature, keeping conditions optimal for food storage.
