Continental D72N30M-FB 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Operators can use the (30) 4-inch-deep, recessed food pans included with the D72N30M-FB sandwich prep table to store ready-to-use ingredients such as sauces, cheese, deli meats, vegetables and similar items. To ease maintenance between shifts, this table has a removable tub installed below the pans to catch food debris. To keep stored food items fresh when not in use, this unit has a pull-down insulated lid. To provide a versatile surface for preparing menu items, this unit has an 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board in front of the pans. This prep table utilizes eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to maintain a temperature holding range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

To provide a convenient, easy-to-reach cabinet for storing cold food products, the Continental D72N30M-FB sandwich prep table has a refrigerated base that spans 20.6 cubic feet and is separated into three sections. The interior is constructed of durable aluminum and is fitted with three epoxy-coated steel shelves. The interior is accessed through three solid, spring-loaded doors that self-close to reduce hot air loss during frequent use. To provide an airtight closure, this unit has a Santoprene™ magnetic door gaskets. To provide a comfortable grip, this unit has polished chrome workflow handles that do not protrude from the cabinet.
