Continental D60N8-FB-D Description
The Continental D60N8-FB-D sandwich/salad preparation table is a great addition to back-of-house workstations, as it features a refrigerated base divided via the roll-out drawers and an arrangement of eight sixth-size pans housed in a removable tub. On the right side of the unit's top is an open space to support packaging or dishware, while a full-length nylon cutting board spans the front to help streamline recipe assembly.
Positioned at the rear of the Continental D60N8-FB-D Designer Line preparation table is its self-contained refrigeration system, which works to bring the base to temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To set this operating temperature, staff must access the electronic controller. The system utilizes R290 refrigerant, a safe and efficient alternative to traditional refrigerants, and is equipped with an automatic condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost for self-sufficiency and longevity.
