Continental D60N8C-D Description
The Continental D60N8C-D Designer Line sandwich prep unit measures 60 inches wide, making it ideal for large commercial locations. It’s made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and the cabinet is insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation to help lock in cool conditions. The base’s interior spans 17 cubic feet and features four roll-out drawers. Atop the unit is an arrangement of eight sixth-sized pans housed in a removable well covered by an insulated lid. A free space is provided on the right.
Positioned at the back of the Continental D60N8C-D cooled preparation table is its self-contained refrigeration system that cools between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit as dictated by the electronic controller’s input settings. The system is equipped with an automatic, hot-gas condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost to help maintain the unit without requiring unnecessary staff support. If the cabinet experiences a drastic temperature shift, an alarm will sound until addressed.
