Continental D60N24M-FB-D Description

Great for establishments looking to streamline recipe preparation, this Continental D60N24M-FB-D sandwich unit is a versatile cabinet fitted with two well arrays that include 12 sixth-sized pans in removable tubs. Both have an insulated lid mounted behind them that can be closed to retain cool conditions. A nylon cutting board spans the length of the cabinet in front of the wells.

To ensure longevity throughout heavy commercial use, the Continental D60N24M-FB-D two-section salad/sandwich preparation unit is built of stainless steel. The base is divided by four roll-out drawers, each fitted with magnetic snap-in gaskets. Mounted at the rear of the cabinet is its self-contained refrigeration system, which cools as determined by the electronic controller’s input settings. This system uses R290 refrigerant, a safe and efficient hydrocarbon.
