Continental D60N16C-D Description
With a 60-inch width, 381/4-inch depth, and 431/4-inch height, the Continental D60N16C-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table features stainless steel front, top, end, and interior panels for rust resistance. For ingredient storage, the top compartment can store 16 sixth-size recessed pans, and the interior tub is removable for cleaning. While the 19-inch-deep nylon cutting board provides ample space for food preparation, the four roll-out drawers offer 17 cubic feet of interior storage.
The Continental D60N16C-D prep table’s self-contained refrigeration system contains an off-cycle defrost system and hot gas condensate evaporator for consistent operation. The refrigeration system is back mounted for convenient access and energy efficiency. Using the electronic controller, staff can set and adjust the holding temperatures, and these cold conditions are maintained with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 2-inch-thick polyurethane foam insulation. If temperature fluctuations occur, an alarm sounds.
