Continental D60N16C Description
Measuring 60 inches wide by 381/4 inches deep by 431/4 inches high, the Continental D60N16C Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table is designed with a 19-inch nylon cutting board and a top compartment that holds 16 sixth-size recessed pans. This unit features two spring-loaded, self-closing, solid doors with magnetic gaskets to prevent cold air from escaping. The interior has a capacity of 17 cubic feet and holds 2 heavy-duty steel shelves with an epoxy coating. For balance on uneven floors, the prep table’s four legs are adjustable.
The Continental D60N16C prep table streamlines installation with its self-contained refrigeration system, and the refrigeration system is back mounted and easily serviceable. This unit holds temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit; these cold temperatures are sustained with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation. For quick and accurate temperature and defrost adjustments, this unit is digitally controlled.
