Continental D48N12M-FB Description

Designed to withstand persistent use in a fast-paced kitchen work area, the Continental D48N12M-FB sandwich/salad worktop refrigerator has a stainless steel top, front, side panels, and interior featuring a fully enclosed, vented, removable case back. To protect integral components from collision damage, this unit's refrigeration, digital controls, and LED temperature display are mounted to the back of the unit. The top of the unit is fitted with an 8-inch-deep nylon cutting board that can be used for food preparation; it also features an insulate lid that can be lowered over the interior to keep food product cold when not in use.

The Continental D48N12M-FB sandwich/salad prep table can hold (12) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size recessed pans and has a removeable tub below the pans, which can be to simplify cleaning between shifts. The interior spans 13.4 cubic feet and is accessed through two spring-loaded, solid steel doors, which have a self-closing design to help retain cool temperatures. To maintain a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit relies on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—an eco-friendly and energy-efficient alternative to traditional refrigerants. If the cabinet experiences a sudden change in temperature, this unit has a high/low alarm that sounds to alert staff.
