The Continental D48N10C Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table’s refrigerated base operates using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and digital controls. The control panel includes a display for temperature monitoring, and an alarm sounds if the set temperature begins to fluctuate. For interior access, this prep table is equipped with two self-closing, solid doors that are field rehingeable, enabling versatile placement. Each door comes with a chrome handle and magnetic gasket, while the interior is furnished with two heavy-duty steel shelves.
The Continental D48N10C prep table’s top compartment holds 10 sixth-sized recessed pans for ingredient storage and maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior tub below the pans is removable for cleaning. The lid is insulated to ensure product freshness, and the 19-inch nylon cutting board provides ample space for food preparation. This unit is constructed of stainless steel for durability and optimal temperature retention. Overall, this prep table measures 48 inches wide by 381/4 inches deep by 431/4 inches high.
