Continental D36N10-FB Description
Designed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the Continental D36N10-FB sandwich/salad prep table supports a long-lasting design. For food preparation, this unit has a top compartment that holds 10 recessed pans and a 12-inch-deep cutting board. The interior tub is located below the pans and is removable for cleaning, while the compartment’s lid is insulated to keep ingredients fresh. Using the back-mounted digital controller, staff can set the top compartment’s holding temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. When cleaning or servicing is needed, this prep table can be moved around on its 33/4-inch casters.
The Continental D36N10-FB prep table’s refrigerated base is accessible through its two solid, self-closing doors and is insulated with 2-inch polyurethane foam. Each door features a smooth chrome handle and seals with Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets. Equipped with a hot gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost, this unit saves energy while effectively eliminating water and ice buildup. The refrigeration system is self-contained for convenient installation and uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for the cooling process.
