Continental D36N10C-FB Description
The Continental D36N10C-FB sandwich/salad prep table’s stainless steel and exterior withstands heavy-use for a long service life. This unit supports food preparation with a full-length nylon cutting board that measures 19 inches deep, a top compartment with an insulated lid, 10 sixth-size recessed pans to hold ingredients, and a tub below the pans that can be removed for cleaning. The two self-closing doors are rehingeable and provide interior access, enabling storage on the two heavy-duty steel shelves. Overall, this prep table measures 36 inches wide by 381/4 inches deep by 41 inches high and can be transported between locations with its 33/4-inch casters.
Insulated with polyurethane foam, the Continental D36N10C-FB prep table maintains cold air, which is generated by the self-contained refrigeration system and R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Operators can set the top compartment and refrigerated base’s holding temperatures via the electronic controller, which comes with a high/low alarm and external display for monitoring. The off-cycle defrost operates in intervals to reduce ice that forms on coils, while the hot gas condensate evaporator gets rid of excess humidity and water.
