Continental D36N10 Description
With a stainless steel construction, the Continental D36N10 sandwich/salad prep table features two solid, self-closing doors for interior access and a prep table with recessed pans and a 12-inch-deep cutting board. The compartment’s lid is insulated to keep ingredients fresh, while the tub below the pans is removable for cleaning. The interior has two steel shelves with an epoxy coating for corrosion resistance. Overall, this prep table measures 36 inches wide by 323/16 inches deep by 431/4 inches high.
The Continental D36N10 prep table maintains cold conditions with the use of R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and polyurethane foam insulation. The prep table and refrigerated base’s temperature levels are digitally controlled for accurate adjustment, and the prep table’s holding temperature can be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Both the digital controller and self-contained refrigeration system are back mounted, protecting them from collision damage. While the unit’s off-cycle defrost inhibits the growth of ice, the hot gas condensate evaporator automatically reduces water buildup.
