The Continental D2RFENSSHD refrigerator/freezer has a top-mounted compressor that keeps it away from dirt and debris. The self-contained refrigeration system simplifies installation and utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to provide an eco-friendly footprint. This two-section unit has a refrigerator and freezer section; each section offers 21 cubic feet of interior storage space for storing inventory. Both the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel to resist corrosion, dents, and rust. There are six steel shelves in the interior that feature an epoxy coating to provide long lasting use.

The interior of the Continental D2RFENSSHD reach-in refrigerator/freezer is accessed through four half-height, solid steel doors, which are fitted with cylinder locks for security and polished chrome door handles for a comfortable grip. There are LED lights inside the cabinet to provide users with a clear view of shelf items, streamlining item retrieval. Using the electronic controls and digital temperature readout, operators can program desired temperatures. The refrigerator section has an operating temperature range between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, while the freezer section can maintain temperatures between -4 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
