The Continental D1RFESNHD Designer Line refrigerator/freezer is a versatile, single-section unit designed for efficient cold storage in commercial kitchens. Its top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system ensures consistent operation while conserving space. Featuring a shallow depth cabinet, the unit is equipped with two wide, half-height solid doors, each with cylinder locks and magnetic Santoprene™ snap-in gaskets for a secure seal. The durable design includes a stainless steel front, aluminum end panels, and an aluminum interior. With dual compartments offering 9 cubic feet each, the refrigerator section is set for off-cycle defrost, while the freezer section provides automatic electric defrost and a holding temperature range of 0 to -10 degrees Fahrenheit.

The refrigeration system of the Continental D1RFESNHD uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly and efficient cooling. Its dual horsepower system (1/5 HP for the refrigerator and 1/3 HP for the freezer) is complemented by an automatic electric condensate evaporator. To enhance structural integrity and insulation, the cabinet features 3-inch polyurethane foam insulation. Adjustable stainless steel legs provide stability, while the LED interior lighting ensures visibility. Electronic controllers with a digital display and hi-low alarm enable precise monitoring and control of both compartments.
