Continental D1FXNGD Description
The Continental D1FXNGD one-section, reach-in unit holds three shelves made of heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel for protection in humid spaces. While the unit’s exterior is made of stainless steel, the interior is made of aluminum for strength and dent resistance. The panels are insulated with 3-inch-thick polyurethane for an airtight and watertight construction, and the unit’s tempered glass door features Santoprene™ door gaskets to create an effective seal.
For straightforward installation, the Continental D1FXNGD reach-in freezer has a top-mounted refrigeration system. It utilizes a plug system for removal or application on site as needed. The temperature control has an operable range between 0 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit, and to reduce frost and ice, the automatic electric defrost periodically heats the coils.
