Continental CPA118-D+ 118" Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental CPA118-D+ pizza prep table features a 19-inch cutting board designed for prepping sandwiches, salads, and other items. Its top side features 14 pan top dividers to keep produce or deli meat organized, and it can hold 16 third-sized pans (sold separately). It has four heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelves inside its 44-cubic-feet interior space to hold additional inventory, while the insulated lids with heavy-duty hinge pins allow smooth opening and closing.

This prep table features four self-closing, spring-loaded drawers with magnetic snap-in gaskets to maintain cold temperatures. The 2-inch foam insulation also assists with temperature retention. For durability, the unit’s top, end panels, and front are made of stainless steel and the interior is made of aluminum.

This Continental CPA118-D+ prep table cools with its self-contained refrigeration system that uses R-450A refrigerant. It’s equipped with a forced-air system with fans spaced approximately 12 inches across the entire back of the unit. To keep moisture levels in check, the refrigeration system features an electric condensate evaporator.
