Continental BB90SNGD Description
The three sections of the Continental BB90SNGD bar cooler are designed to accommodate four barrel kegs, four straight wall kegs, or 15 sixth-size kegs at a time; it can also hold a variety of bottled spirits. As the cabinet is fitted with three double-paned glass doors, it is ideal for displaying various beverage types; it can also be used as additional storage behind bar stations. The cabinet's glass doors work with the LED interior lighting to provide a clear view of the interior.
Positioned on the left side of the Continental BB90SNGD bar display cooler is the self-contained refrigeration system. Mounted at the top is the cabinet's electronic controller; here staff set the desired operating temperature. The refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant to reach desired holding temperatures. To prevent water from collecting, the condensate evaporator runs automatically, while the defrost system functions intermittently to prevent ice development on vital components.
