Inside the cabinet are 12 steel shelves that have an epoxy coating to help them withstand heavy use. To protect food product from being tampered with, this unit has cylinder locks in each door.

The Continental 3RNSAGDHD refrigerator maintains a set temperature between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is an environmentally friendly option well-suited for eco-conscious establishments. To help maintain cool temperatures and help increase recovery times, this unit has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation between its metal paneling. To program temperatures, operators must utilize the digital controls and temperature display.
