With an internal holding capacity of 24 cubic feet, the Continental Refrigeration 2RSESN reach-in refrigerator holds fresh ingredients. Cold items can be arranged on three shelves made of epoxy-coated stainless steel that resists corrosion. To view products clearly in the cabinet, it is lit by LED lighting.
The Continental Refrigeration 2RSESN reach-in refrigerator cools its interior with a self-contained refrigeration system that uses R-290 refrigerant to produce cold air. Users can monitor the temperature with the digital display while a high-low alarm sounds to alert kitchen staff if the system has an issue. To retain cold air in the refrigerator if staff fail to close the door, it self-closes on cam-lift hinges.
