The interior of the Continental 1RXSNSSGD reach-in refrigerator is made of aluminum for corrosion and dent resistance; the exterior is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The cabinet is accessed through a right-hinged door made of triple-pane, tempered glass that provides a view of the food items inside. This unit is equipped with four epoxy-coated steel shelves to permit efficient food storage and organization

To maintain safe food temperatures and improve recovery times, this unit is constructed with 3-inch-thick polyurethane insulation. To permit efficient transport and maneuverability, this unit sits atop 5-inch casters.
