When the temperature rises, the expansion valve swells and increases refrigerant flow to recover the set temperature, helping prevent slipping hazards from warm air that can turn into condensation. Users can install this unit in almost any area of the kitchen, so long as there is enough floor space, the right amount of clearance, and an available power source. If the variance is small enough, the adjustable feet can make up the difference, so the unit can be installed on uneven floors. This reach-in takes up less space than a walk-in cooler and includes three wire shelves for conveniently storing product.
