The Continental Refrigeration 1RENGD reach-in refrigerator uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in its self-contained system to cool products on four shelves. These shelves are epoxy coated, protecting them from corrosion. With 21 cubic feet of capacity, this refrigerator can accommodate 24 tray slides. Its glass door facilitates interior product visibility without opening the door, saving time and energy. The self-closing door has locks to secure items and the magnetic latch seals tightly to stop cold air loss.

The digital display on the Continental Refrigeration 1RENGD one-section refrigerator enables users to monitor the temperature for accuracy, which can be adjusted using electronic controls. It also has a high/low alarm; if the temperature changes drastically, it informs users so product can be saved before ruined. With 3 inches of non-CFC polyurethane insulation, cold air remains inside the cabinet for optimal product cooling. To locate certain items inside the refrigerator, it is illuminated by LED lights.
