Ice-O-Matic MFI0500A/B42PS/KBT24 Description
To reduce the risk of costly damage, the Ice-O-Matic MFI0500A/B42PS ice maker and bin uses a SystemSafe monitoring feature to shut down the unit when an issue arises. It uses R404A refrigerant and an air-cooled self-contained condenser to produce a maximum of 540 pounds of ice per day in optimal conditions. Both the auger and evaporator are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel to ensure a long service life.
The Ice-O-Matic MFI0500A/B42PS ice machine’s bin features a resilient aluminum exterior with a polyethylene interior liner to streamline cleaning. Mounted on 6-inch legs, it stands at a total height of 50 inches. This bin has a holding capacity of 351 pounds, and operators can access its contents through a sloped, top-hinged front door.
