To save space, the Ice-O-Matic GEM0450A/B55PS ice maker measures 21 inches in width by 24 inches in depth by 27 inches in height, and the bin measures 30 inches in width by 31 inches in depth by 50 inches in height. Depending on ambient conditions, this piece of equipment can produce as much as 464 pounds of ice per 24 hours. The machine produces Pearl Ice®, a soft and chewable form of ice that cools beverages and maintains flavors.

The Ice-O-Matic GEM0450A/B55PS ice machine with bin is an excellent choice for fast-casual dining establishments. This piece of equipment is designed with a SystemSafe load monitoring system, which constantly checks the gearbox's workload. If problems are found, the system shuts down to prevent costly repairs. To eliminate low-water failures, the machine is designed with a Water Sensor that holds up well against difficult water conditions.
