To inhibit the growth of bacteria, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FAS full-cube ice machine head includes built-in PURE ICE® antimicrobial and a SafeIce UV light. The unit's maintenance status is provided with an LED display, alerting users that cleaning is needed. To sanitize and descale it, this machine has one-touch controls. It makes full-size ice cubes that are useful for serving cocktails and soft drinks in bars and casual restaurants. The air-cooled condenser is self-contained to streamline installation.

The Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FAS ice machine head can be installed against a kitchen wall with dual-exhaust air discharge from the side and top. When operating temperatures are low enough, it produces 932 pounds of ice per day, but if conditions are less than ideal, it makes around 762 pounds of ice daily. To permit thorough cleaning, the plastic components of the food zone can be removed and washed in a dishmachine. This unit measures 30¹/₄ inches wide by 24¹/₄ inches deep by 26⁹/₁₀ inches high.
