"I have large extended family that demands good food and a lot of it; leftovers are a must. This is my go-to pan for a multitude of uses. Whether I'm cooking a 24 lb. turkey or a few chickens, roasting vegetables, or roasting a whole Prime Rib, this is the pan that I use. It big enough to handle the meat plus plenty of vegetables. It is large and sturdy enough to handle almost any job. For Mother's Day, I was able to cook 3, 4-lb. meatloaves in it. It's great for desserts, too. My family loves the giant fruit cobblers that I make in it. For entertaining, I use it to hold ice and soft drinks, among other things. It's also good for mixing large batches of potato salad and other salads and side dishes. For those of us that like to cook ahead, this pan is ideal. I roast various meats and freeze individual servings. My latest project was to roast 15 lbs. of turkey wings for the freezer. I also roast vegetables for a side dish as well as for soup. It will fit in a standard 30-inch oven and the handles make it easy to carry. I have 4 and I don't know what I'd do without them."
  • The pans work perfectly.
