Cal-Mil 810-53 Description
Great for presenting cuts of meat in buffet service, the Cal-Mil 810-53 Cut-Mate® carving station board can be used for sliced ham and turkey, prime rib, and roast beef. Its high-heat cutting board withstands hot temperatures from the meat and a heat lamp, if one is added. Without a lamp, this board can't keep product at food-safe temperatures for long, though nearly any lamp can be added to the base with the clamp bracket. The board has a built-in slot for scraps and a place for drippings, which are hidden in the plastic drip base. Surrounded by a light wood frame, the board has an elegant look and measures 22 inches wide by 18 inches deep.
