Decent aesthetic but poor functional design
"When we put silverware into perforated cups and loaded them into this holder, we experienced a design flaw. If your silverware is of any quality, it may fall out when customers grab utensils. Nothing holds the cups in or there is no counterweight of any sort so it's destined to cause customer frustration. Had to return the product for something with a better functional design. The finish looks fine, and would work well for plastic cutlery and straws, etc. Not nice metal cutlery though."
