The Everpure EV960100 4C carbon water filter cartridge is used inside a commercial ice maker to filter the incoming water. It removes contaminants such as dirt and sediment in order to give the maker clean water for ice production. Operating between 35 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit, this cartridge has a 3,000-gallon capacity. It combats lead, sediments, cysts, and the odor and taste of chlorine.
