Varimixer C33F Manual 13" Slicer, Gear Driven, 120 V

Varimixer's C33F commercial slicer is designed so that foods can be processed, sliced and removed and served safely, and includes detailed cleaning and sanitizing instructions a high degree of protection against bacteria proliferation. . This 1/2-horsepowered unit has an interlock on a gauge plate and a dual-action sharpener. It also has a gear-driven transmission and on/off switches with LED. The unit’s blade cover, product-holder plate, aluminum meat grip and slice deflector are re removable for cleaning.
