Cambro VBRTLHD6158 Description
The Cambro VBRTLHD6158 Versa Food Bar™ work table's five wells are insulated with CFC-free foam to keep drinks, meals, and snacks cold for hours. Each well accommodates a full-size Gastronorm food pan. To better merchandize drinks, ice can be added to the wells; when the ice melts, it can be expelled through the threaded faucet drain. For adaptability, the wells can be covered to convert this bar into a food-prep station. The double-wall polyethylene construction is simple to wipe clean, and its 291⁄4-inch height creates a comfortable working surface.
Ideal for catering services, this Cambro VBRTLHD6158 work table is mounted on four heavy-duty swivel casters that have brakes for stabilization when the unit's in use. Handles molded into both ends of the bar provide an ergonomic grip and improve user control of its steering. Because it measures 82 inches wide by 27 inches deep, it can fit through standard 36-inch doorways. To add an accent color to neutral tones or blend in with colorful decorative themes, this unit comes in hot red, and it resists rusting, denting, and breaking to preserve its original look throughout use.
