Cambro VBRTLHD6110 Description
The Cambro VBRTLHD6110 Versa Food Bar™ work table's adaptable surface can be used as a food-prep station or a self-service food line. It's comprised of five insulated wells that keep prepackaged meals, snacks, and drinks cold for hours, and ice can be added to the wells if desired. To drain melted ice, operators can use the threaded faucet drain. Covering the wells transforms this unit into a smooth-surfaced prep table. Its 291⁄4-inch-tall structure creates a comfortable work height compared to the standard-size work tables in this series.
The Cambro VBRTLHD6110 work table is fitted with four heavy-duty casters that swivel and brake to round corners, ensuring the unit remains in place during use. Operators can push and steer this bar using the molded-in, ergonomic handles on each end. Its 82-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep structure can be transported through standard 36-inch doorways, so it can be used in various event venues. Built for lasting use, this bar has a rust- and dent-resistant polyethylene construction. It comes in black to match common decorative themes while providing a neutral backdrop to elevate food presentation. When it's dirty, it can be wiped clean.
