Cambro VBRT5186 Description
Great for school, university, and hospital cafeterias, the Cambro VBRT5186 Versa Food Bar™ work table can be used for prepping, displaying, and serving. Because this nonelectric model doesn't need to be hooked up to a power outlet, it's suitable for any part of front- and back-of-house applications. The large well accommodates four full-size pans or a combination of fractional pans, and it's insulated to maintain cold temperatures. With the addition of ice, this well keeps packaged snacks and drinks cold for hours. For an easier-to-clean alternative, Camchillers® and ColdFest® crocks can be used in place of ice, but these accessories are sold separately.
Mounted on braking swivel casters with molded-in end handles, the Cambro VBRT5186 food bar work table can be comfortably steered through doorways and around corners. It's made of polyethylene—a double-wall plastic that resists rusting, denting, and breaking. The textured plastic is easy to clean and hides scratches to maintain a professional customer-facing buffet. Designed to blend in with existing blue Versa equipment and accessories, the plastic is navy blue.
