Cambro VBR6186 Description
Drinks, sandwiches, salad toppings, and cold snacks can be displayed in the Cambro VBR6186 Versa Food Bar® serving buffet. It accommodates as many as five full-size food pans, and its CFC-free foam insulation preserves cold temperatures for as long as 4 hours, ensuring foods are stored in safe temperatures. To streamline cleaning and product removal, this unit comes with a threaded faucet drain. Sneeze guards integrated above the pans shield them from contaminants without interfering with serving space; they're also clear, so users have a direct view of product.
This Cambro VBR6186 serving buffet is mounted on four 6-inch swivel casters and is meant to be moved for versatility. Its casters swivel and brake to provide stabilization, while the molded-in handles provide operators with increased steering control. Made of durable, all-weather polyethylene, it resists dents and is simple to wipe clean. Its navy blue exterior can highlight food presentation while blending in with color schemes. When its sneeze guards are folded down, this station can be moved through a 36-inch doorway.
