Cambro VBR6158 Description
Ideal for salads and sandwiches, the Cambro VBR6158 Versa Food Bar® serving buffet accommodates five full-size food pans or differently sized food pans with maximum depths of 6 inches. Instead of using ice or electricity to keep product cool, this station is insulated with CFC-free foam, which can preserve cold temperatures for as long as 4 hours. Sneeze guards built into both sides of the unit protect displayed items from contaminants without obstructing the view of food.
With its durable polyethylene construction, the Cambro VBR6158 serving buffet withstands high-volume use and can be wiped clean. This 82-inch-long by 421⁄2-inch-deep by 623⁄4-inch-high unit is fitted with 6-inch casters that swivel and brake, and when its sneeze guards are removed, it can be pushed through standard 36-inch doorways. Handles molded into both sides of the station offer an ergonomic grip for increased steering control.
